Each generation uses one credit. The Day Pass is a one-time purchase of 40 generations valid for 7 days and does not renew. Starter (150 generations a month) and Pro (500 a month) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly until you cancel; Starter credits roll over for up to two months. You can cancel a subscription at any time.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will look at it case by case.
You keep ownership of the photos, sketches and references you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to run the editor for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Free and Day Pass images are for personal, non-commercial use. Starter covers personal projects. Pro includes a full commercial licence, for example for client work or property listings. If you use a virtually staged image in a listing, label it as virtually staged where local rules require it.
Every design is an AI-generated visual concept, not an architectural drawing, structural assessment or build quote. Confirm materials, measurements and structural changes with a qualified professional before starting work.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content that is illegal, or images of people without their consent, and do not use CreateLevel to mislead buyers or tenants about a property. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
